A door is lowered and the boat enters. The door will be closed and the boat will be secured.
The cleaning is activated by means of a manual remote control and the rotating brushes are automatically aligned with the hull.
The brushes move along the boat backwards and forwards, removing the dirt. The brushes are designed to fit onion keels up to 45 cm wide.
The brushes are made of strong, non-abrasive polymer. There is a large basin under the machine where debris is collected for safe disposal. The basin door opens and closes between wash cycles.
The BIGWASH machines are made of a U-shaped frame made of naval grade aluminum. Along the aluminium frame runs a washing system composed of 8 to 10 rotating brushes.
All BIGWASH machines are hydraulically operated. They are connected to a 400 V three-phase current and consume about 1 kWh per 15 minutes of washing.
The BIGWASH is operated by a manual remote control. At the press of a button you can open and close the door and move the broom unit around.
